6+ Months
Remote (East Coast Candidates Only)
Position Overview:
We're in search of a distinguished Senior Program Manager to spearhead a critical finance transformation initiative within our Corporate Services department. The role demands a combination of strategic insight and hands-on action, with the selected candidate taking full responsibility for both identifying challenges and crafting solutions, rather than simply monitoring progress.
Responsibilities:
Direct the deployment of the Coupa system for Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes
Collaborate with KPMG to integrate a novel Target Operating Model (TOM)
Coordinate inter-program links, particularly concerning the transition of the General Ledger system from Xero to Microsoft D365
Facilitate cohesive efforts among the finance, operations, and technology divisions
Pilot program governance, inclusive of communication protocols, risk management, and active stakeholder participation
The position is with a UK entity, however, the role necessitates the candidate to operate within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. While insurance sector experience is non-essential, the candidate must possess significant exposure to regulated industries.
Initial Engagement: 6-month tenure with a possibility of renewal.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum of a decade's experience in Program or Portfolio Management roles
A demonstrable track record in leading Finance Transformation projects within compliance-bound sectors
Specialized knowledge in P2P systems, AP/T&E management, and the creation and application of operating models
Direct involvement with Coupa software implementations and migrations of GL/ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Microsoft D365
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and execution beyond traditional PMO functions
Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders, communication, and reporting to senior leadership
Prior collaboration with renowned consultancy firms, with a preference for experience with KPMG associates
The autonomy in work practices, an aptitude for navigating uncertain situations, and a consistent record of achieving set goals
