Role: Kissflow Expert / Workflow Automation Developer

Duration: 6 months

Client Location: Newport Beach, CA

Job Description

  • Full cycle workflow design & development.
  • Create/enhance apps for procurement, onboarding/offboarding, approvals, incident/change mgmt, fleet ops.
  • Administer environments (dev/test/prod).
  • Establish governance: version control, documentation, RBAC, audit trails.
  • Integrate with internal systems (REST, APIs, iPaaS tools).
  • Trin super users & provide escalation support.

Must-haves:

Kissflow Expert Must have extensive experience in Kissflow

  • Strong workflow development experience (not just admin clicking).
  • Programming/logic background, full SDLC discipline.
  • Integration experience (REST, JSON, OAuth2, webhooks).
  • SQL basics + ability to work with backend data.
  • Strong understanding of QA/UAT/Prod deployments.
  • Must demonstrate discipline: punctual, reliable, not casual about time management.
  • Should thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environment; willing to step up in urgent situations (e.g., if systems go down).
  • Ideally someone who enjoys practical problem-solving and can show their work (hands-on demos).
  • Soft skills are nice to have (role interacting with execs), but technical depth is the priority.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and integrate into team culture.
  • Bonus if they can explain complex concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders.
