Program Enterprise Architect

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Enterprise Architect to lead the design
and implementation of enterprise-level technology solutions across a complex landscape. This
individual will be instrumental in guiding development teams, ensuring architectural best
practices, and interfacing with senior executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Architect end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
* Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable enterprise systems.
* Design microfrontend-based solutions using ReactJS, Webpack, and Module Federation.
* Design data models and data flows according to best practices and scalability requirements.
* Guide development teams working with .NET, Azure, and Python (used primarily for AI
service integration).
* Integrate Cosmos DB (NoSQL) and other cloud-native services into enterprise applications.
* Champion event-driven architecture and integration with legacy systems.
* Leverage Azure Service Bus or similar technologies for messaging and integration patterns.
* Design, document, and present architectural diagrams to the Architecture Design Authority
(ADA).
* Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software
development lifecycle.
* Collaborate with and present architectural strategies and outcomes to C-level and executive
stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles and security best practices.
* Implement and manage identity and access management solutions with platforms such as
Okta, PingID, or Auth0.
Technical Stack
* Frontend: ReactJS, Microfrontends, Webpack, Module Federation
* Backend: .NET, Python (for AI services), Event-driven Architecture
* Data: Data Modeling, Data Governance, Architecture and definitions
* Cloud/DevOps: Azure, Azure Container Apps, Cosmos DB
* Identity Platforms: Okta, PingID, Auth0
* Integration & Messaging: Azure Service Bus, Legacy System Integration
Nice to Have
* Experience with payments systems or financial transaction processing

* Familiarity with AI and ML-based services in a cloud-native environment.
* Exposure to Zero Trust architecture or advanced security models.
