Contract: W2, 12 Months (extension possible)
Location: Onsite Mon-Thurs - New York, NY 10013 | Remote on Fridays
Pay Rate: $58-$62/hr W2 (depending on experience)


Job Description:

We re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paid Media Operations, Audience Senior Specialist to join our clients Growth Marketing team, supporting global user acquisition through scalable, tech-driven audience strategies. You ll play a pivotal role in managing first-party audience distribution, driving audience innovation, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize paid media martech stack.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute first-party audiences using proprietary data management tools

  • Project manage critical audience initiatives and communicate updates to key stakeholders

  • Regularly audit and optimize audience configurations across platforms

  • Partner with Acquisition and cross-line-of-business (xLOB) teams to identify segmentation opportunities and define enablement requirements

  • Utilize tools like Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets for holistic project tracking

  • Support A/B tests, incrementality studies, and data-driven performance evaluations

  • Collaborate with the Audience Manager to future-proof martech strategies and tools


Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • 3+ years in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, Advertising, or in-house/agency marketing roles

  • Familiarity with social, programmatic, search, and CTV media channels

  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy-first marketing standards

  • Experience with martech stacks including CDPs, CRMs, and ad platform integrations

  • Knowledge of cross-device attribution, identity resolution, and customer lifecycle frameworks

  • Proven success in process development, detail-oriented project execution, and stakeholder collaboration

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for entertainment, audience behavior, and storytelling

Preferred:

  • Experience with audience enrichment, data modeling, or segmentation strategy

  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Airtable, and Jira
