Role: SAP HR/Payroll Techno Functional Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: Starts with 6 months contract
Rates: DOE
Requirements:
Perform hands-on configuration of SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, garnishments, tax models, and retroactivity processing. 30/70 Functional/Technical Solutions Architect blend
Solution architecture experience.
Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues and defects.
Provide production support for critical payroll processing, monitoring jobs, logs, and system performance.
Needs to be able to understand the technical side payroll and ABAP coding- will make code changes
Implement SAP OSS notes, tax updates (BSI), and year-end activities.
Design, develop, and optimize ABAP programs, user exits, reports.
Understanding of the business and technical side of HR/Payroll systems
Build and maintain integrations using BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, APIs
Configuration in ECP payroll. Employee Payroll Center
Partner with business, HR, Time, Benefits, and Compliance teams
S4 Hana is a must
Support payroll transformation initiatives, system upgrades, migration projects, and new technology rollouts.
Needs to be able to talk about the problems but also solve the problems and deliver work in addition to developing ideas.
