Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect with deep expertise in solution architecture, scalable system design, and algorithmic development. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who combines strong hands-on development skills with the ability to design, lead, and deliver end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and resilient applications using modern Java frameworks.

Lead technical design discussions and enforce engineering best practices across the development team.

Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design, development, testing, and deployment.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with high availability and performance.

Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to clean code and architectural principles.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues while ensuring system stability.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

High sense of ownership, accountability, and independence.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

10+ years designing and implementing public web applications and RESTful APIs.

Proven experience in solution architecture, scalable system design, and algorithmic problem-solving.

Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment.

Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and distributed systems.

Experience ensuring high test coverage, performance tuning, and application security.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence teams.
