RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce - IT Manager in Baltimore, MD.
Key Tasks:
* Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of a multi-org Salesforce CRM solution including the management of complex data integrations between Salesforce and other systems
* Plan and manage resources, finances, scope and services within a functional area of Information Technology to deliver business results
* Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality
* Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients
* Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy
* Manage large-scale projects of high complexity, size and change management risk
* Lead in the development of standards and decisions regarding architectural and functional changes to systems and applications
* Identify and implement strategies to optimize the performance and scalability of the Salesforce platform
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce platform
* Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business Plan; For projects: Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards; For operations/application maintenance: Plan and manage to defined service level agreements at agreed upon budgets
* Lead and manage IT projects and associated system integrators to deliver projects of medium to high complexity
* Operate utilizing standard processes as defined within the Management Model; Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels
* Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel; Participate in career development and succession planning processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 8 to 10 years' experience in Software Development or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture and native technologies (Apex classes, triggers, flows, lightning web components, configurations, customization, SOQL/SOSL, platform events) with hands on experience preferred
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Heroku, and other relevant Salesforce products
* Experience in Energy and Utilities cloud in the mix beyond Sales and Service
* Experience managing teams with Scrum or Kanban
* Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in Salesforce
* Experience leading and managing IT projects or subteams and knowledge of IT project management
* Experience leading and managing technical personnel
* Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability
* Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management and with vendors
* Experience managing budgets for functional area of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate degree
* Project Management certification
Salesforce certification(s) - one or more of the following:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* SF Certified Platform App Builder
* Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, EC Consultant
* Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
