Location:- Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration:- Contract-to-Hire
Job Description
What You ll Do
- Lead Agile delivery Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Manage projects & programs Oversee multiple Agile projects end-to-end, track schedules/budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder transparency.
- Establish PMO processes Help design governance frameworks, KPIs, and standard templates for consistent project delivery across the org.
- Drive communication Act as the main bridge between business, IT, and leadership, reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Champion improvement Implement best practices, optimize workflows, and enhance Agile adoption across teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master and/or PM in Agile environments
- Proven background working within or helping establish a PMO
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
- Expertise in Jira, Trello, or MS Project
- Strong communication, servant leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Bonus Points:
- Master s degree or enterprise Agile transformation experience
- Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
