Description:
Data Support Analyst
Location: Irving TX 75014 (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Triage and onboard highly complex data requests and issues
Interface directly with end users to resolve questions that require technical research
Provide technical subject matter expert knowledge and consulting on data usage, techniques, and accuracy of application and reporting data
Collaborate with IT and business to design and deploy databases and data pipelines to support analytics projects.
Analyze data and systems to determine whether requirements can be met.
Present solutions to both business and technical stakeholders
Continually improving the integrity of governance and data through delivery of validated, accurate sources
Work with the testers and IT to ensure that all data components are tested adequately
Provide benchmark performance testing to ensure timely retrieval of data and delivery to reporting stakeholders
Query and work with developers to understand the business application logic and data housed in source applications for use in reporting and analytics domain
Test and validate data pipelines, transformations, and datasets built by the IT team
Support Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Lineage and other Data Governance efforts
Experience:
3-5 years This pivotal role drives the integrity and strategic use of a proprietary system's campaign pipeline data, encompassing governance, stabilization, and predictive forecasting.
You will proactively manage data issues from inception to resolution, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to generate actionable data insights.
This role requires close collaboration with IT to diagnose and resolve data discrepancies and process inefficiencies, effectively serving as a crucial liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to guide swift and impactful resolutions.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Teradata SQL 3-6 yrs experience Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) proficiency
1-5 yrs experience Tableau User Experience
1-5 yrs experience Google Cloud Platform SQL
1-5 yrs' experience in Issues Management Data flow forecasting and analytics
DESIRED SKILLS:
Looker Studio Marketing campaign data pipeline management Marketing campaign Reporting Adobe Campaign Adobe Analytics Jira One Confluence
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
