Job Duties:

100% remote

  1. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and approach new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective clients in need of IT staffing solutions.

  2. Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, set realistic goals, and develop effective strategies for IT staffing growth.

  3. Sales Negotiations:

    • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements with clients.

  4. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:

    • Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements with high-quality candidates.

  5. Networking and Industry Representation:

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong professional network, promote the company s staffing services, and enhance brand visibility.

  6. Proposal and Presentation:

    • Prepare detailed proposals and engaging presentations tailored to client needs, clearly articulating the company s value proposition in IT staffing.

  7. Revenue Generation and Reporting:

    • Achieve predefined revenue targets, regularly reporting progress and providing forecasts to senior management.

  8. Documentation and CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM systems.

  9. Continuous Improvement:

    • Actively seek and incorporate client feedback to refine sales processes, improve customer experience, and enhance service offerings in IT staffing.
