Market Analysis and Strategy:

Sales Negotiations:
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements with clients.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements with high-quality candidates.
Networking and Industry Representation:
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong professional network, promote the company s staffing services, and enhance brand visibility.
Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare detailed proposals and engaging presentations tailored to client needs, clearly articulating the company s value proposition in IT staffing.
Revenue Generation and Reporting:
Achieve predefined revenue targets, regularly reporting progress and providing forecasts to senior management.
Documentation and CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively seek and incorporate client feedback to refine sales processes, improve customer experience, and enhance service offerings in IT staffing.
