Role: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Remote
Type of position: Contract
Responsibilities:
Product Management ( 70% )
Align with CIDM and Cross Functional Stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancement needs
Review and deliver existing priorities, right size solutions working with Architect.
Identify opportunities to improve business process flow implementation.
Provide IT advisory to business by developing a deep functional and technical understanding of the current solution
Pro-Active reporting to Stakeholders on timely basis ( Release Notes, Executive Summary of Releases and 90-day plan )
Manage the workload and refine priorities for current team of BA s (5-7)
Accountable for producing crisp , high-definition business processes documentation for new and enhanced processes(Responsible: BA).
Delivery Management: (20%)
Provide advisory to BA and Developers on choosing right Salesforce Solutions working with Architecture team.
Manage the workload and priorities for current Team of BA s and Developers.( Vendors and client associates 25-30 )
Pro-Active and crisp status reporting to management on delivery progress , productivity of developers.
Identify opportunities to find efficiencies in the current delivery process (25% efficiency expectations).
As and when required help estimate new project sizing and staffing needs using high level solution architecture and delivery experience.
Cross- Functional Support (10%)
Support projects running in parallel to RUN State work - Client Rebranding and WAG 340B in FY25.
Collab with DevOps, Release Management, Platform , Architecture , Integration Partners (internal and external), salesforce product and other peer project teams such as Sales, Service and Analytics.
Requirements:
- 8 10 years of Salesforce experience with a strong technical foundation.
- Proven expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare domain.
