Job Title: Technical Recruiter Telecom Client Sourcing

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in Telecom client sourcing and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support our telecom clients evolving needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for technical roles within the telecommunications domain (Network Engineers, RF Engineers, Field Technicians, OSS/BSS, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical requirements and project goals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape in the telecom and technology sectors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting telecom or IT infrastructure clients.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies (Wireless, Fiber, 5G, Core Network, etc.) and associated technical roles.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
