Job Details

Senior Power Platform Developer & SharePoint Solutions Architect
Location: Columbia, SC

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues related to software setup and configuration pertaining to SCDOR cloud applications and other custom SharePoint on-premises and cloud solutions
Design, develop, and implement GenAI-driven solutions using Copilot and Copilot Studio
Provide technical support for SharePoint and PowerApps users, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
Work with users to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy new PowerApps applications or SharePoint Online features
Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure proper integration of SharePoint and PowerApps with other tools and systems
Develop new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhance existing applications
Provide technical documentation including governance and instructional documentation
Monitor and assess current systems and recommend enhancements based on data gathered
Act as technical resource for other IT analysts and business units by resolving complex cloud systems problems
Install, configure, test, monitor, and maintain systems and application software
Perform root cause analysis and resolution
Adhere to corporate information security guidelines and promote information security among coworkers

Non-Technical Responsibilities

Effectively interact and communicate with peers to Director-level IT professionals
Provide support and training to users with high confidence
Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact between teams and clients
Provide feedback to team regarding product issues, enhancements, and new features
Manage multiple tasks and activities concurrently and provide periodic status updates to stakeholders
Collaborate extensively with peers and management to resolve client issues
Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity and effectively manage resolution within accepted service levels
Perform unattended troubleshooting, document processes, and hand off for other technicians

SharePoint Technologies (2019 and SharePoint Online)
Skilled in one or more relevant development languages
.NET Framework (ASP.NET, ADO.NET)

Web development using MVC
General database design and administration
Application-level security
Internet Information Services
HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and RESTful application design
