Job Title : PEGA Architect

Location : Long Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Duration : Long-Term Contract

Required Skills : Pega Application Development, Pega, Business Rule Devlpmnt

Certifications Required : Certified Pega System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Pega solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Pega application development.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Pega applications, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing accurate time and resource estimates.
  • Lead the integration of Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies in Pega application development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in Pega Application Development with at least 9 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega and Business Rule Development in Pega.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing environments.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Pega applications.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a commitment to adhering to best practices and standards in Pega development.
  • Have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
