We are embarking on a project to enhance our Dealer Incentives solutions. This project aims to streamline and optimize the incentives provided to our dealers (customers) through a comprehensive incentives solution. Here are the key aspects of the project:
The solution will leverage the following technologies:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement): Serving as the front-end platform, it will provide a user-friendly interface for managing incentives.
- Dynamics 365 ISV Partner (Incentives Rules Engine): This partner solution will handle complex incentive rules and calculations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations): Ensuring accurate financial reflection related to dealer incentives.
Role Overview: As a D365 CE Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) project. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. You ll collaborate closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
-Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies.
-Work directly with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements.
-Identify and manage the resources needed to meet project goals.
-Accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver solutions on time.
Team Management:
-Develop and mentor consultants on the software and methodology.
-Ensure projects are appropriately forecasted and resourced.
-Promote best practices in project delivery, including templates, work plans, and methodologies.
Communication and Collaboration:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical experts.
-Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
-Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
-Experience managing an ERP/CRM implementation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree or higher required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) required
- Scrum Master Certification (or any other Agile certification)
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience
- Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
- Strong technical background
- Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
