Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Manual/Functional Testing.
- Strong skills in writing and executing Test Plans/Test Cases, and tracking defects.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and defect management tools.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Healthcare or Medicaid testing.
- Familiarity with ALM or similar testing tools.
