As the Manager of IT Disaster Recovery and Incident Management, you'll take ownership of our disaster recovery strategy, oversee incident response during critical events, and work cross-functionally to ensure business continuity across our large-scale IT infrastructure.
We're looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in IT, project management, and crisis response-particularly in fast-paced, high-stakes environments like retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with clarity, and brings both technical acumen and business perspective.
Key Qualifications:
7-10 years in IT project management with Disaster Recovery experience
3-5 years leading incident response
Experience in a large retail environment (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, omnichannel)
Strong understanding of Disister Recovery frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and risk mitigation
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
Leading Disastor Recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement
Coordinating response efforts during service outages, cybersecurity events, or crises
Developing and maintaining RTOs, RPOs, and recovery runbooks
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (PCI, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Collaborating across infrastructure, operations, and executive leadership
