Role Overview


As part of ongoing strategic expansion, our client is seeking a Senior IDM (Identity Management) Engineer to join their high-performing team. This is a key role within the organization, offering a unique opportunity to influence mission-critical systems and deliver lasting impact across the business.




Key Responsibilities




  • Design, develop, and implement robust Identity Management (IDM) solutions




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and seamless system integrations




  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IDM infrastructure




  • Maintain best practices in security and compliance within all IDM processes






Required Skills & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field




  • Demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems




  • In-depth understanding of authentication protocols, access control models, and security best practices




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills






Preferred Qualifications




  • Industry certifications in Identity Management (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock)




  • Experience with cloud-based IAM/IDM platforms (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD)




  • Familiarity with scripting and automation for IAM processes
