Job Description ::
Hands-on MuleSoft Developer to design, implement, optimize, and maintain integration solutions across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and related tools from solution design and API development to deployment, administration, and proactive performance optimization.
This role requires someone who thrives in both development and operations, ensuring integrations are secure, scalable, and optimized for long-term success.
- Design & Development
- Build, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio/Platform.
- Implement reusable components, frameworks, and API-led connectivity architecture.
- Implementation & Integration
- Lead and execute end-to-end MuleSoft integration projects with ERP, CRM, cloud, and custom systems.
- Define best practices for integration, data transformation, and error handling.
- Optimization & Maintenance
- Monitor and optimize Mule applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes before they impact operations.
- Administration & Governance
- Manage API lifecycle (design, publishing, versioning, retiring).
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and CI/CD processes.
- Administer Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub deployments.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver integration solutions.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation, including integration flows, design decisions, and support procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on MuleSoft development (Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform).
- Proven experience in end-to-end API and integration lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, support.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML/OpenAPI specifications, and message transformations.
- Experience with MuleSoft administration (deployments, monitoring, scaling, troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Solid understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, API policies).
- Strong problem-solving and proactive optimization mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or higher certification.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other major enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for hybrid/cloud integrations.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools.
