Job Details
World Wide Technology is looking for a IT Support Analyst. This job is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners.
Overview:
- Resources will support client s Email Consolidation and Email Domain Change.
- Two resources to provide in-person support to client cohorts of 1500 end users whose email domain has changed and/or been consolidated.
- These resources will support the hospital staff ensuring their PC s and mobile devices are functioning and the end users have access to needed applications. Note: this support does not replace Endeavor s standard help-desk support.
- Team will ensure that end users are able to access outlook via their mobile devices.
- These individuals will work in the hospital environment supporting nurses stations, doctors, administrative offices, registration, billing, along with 1:1 executive support.
Preferred Experience
- Top-notch, in-person customer service & communication skills.
- Experience with the following products: Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook.
- Comparable experience to Sr. Level, Geek Squad or Sr. Xfinity Tech, desired.
- Familiarity with Apple vs Android operating systems.
- Experience with Intune application is a plus.
- Experience supporting a Windows Environment.
- Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
