Job Title: PMO Administrative Assistant
Location: Holyoke, MA (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 04 months (possibility of extension)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Support the PMO team by performing day-to-day administrative functions, including invoice processing, accrual preparation, and maintaining project data files and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate activities across multiple support and business units, ensuring smooth communication and timely task execution.
- Perform various technical administrative tasks as required to support ongoing projects and operations.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in financial and project documentation while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills to prepare reports, track project data, and support decision-making.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment by demonstrating strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Administration of employee leave processes.
- Interpret and answer inquires related to HR policies and procedures.
