Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote / Onsite (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full-Time / C2C / C2H

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Perform trend analysis, data modeling, and KPI reporting to support business decisions.
  • Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support data quality, governance, and documentation efforts.
  • Automate recurring reports using scripts or BI tools.
  • Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of Excel (formulas, pivots, Power Query).
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
  • Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with data modeling and DAX/MDX calculations.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
