OVERVIEW:

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Workforce Governance Manager where you'll lead the orchestration of key processes and activities within the Digital Workforce Functional Community Management (FCM) framework. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Digital FCM Working Group: Drive the operation of the Digital FCM Working Group, overseeing its activities and ensuring effective stakeholder representation.
  • Focus Elements Management: Manage and coordinate the topics addressed by the Focus Elements, recording outcomes and providing inputs to the Working Group Vetting and Integration Group.
  • Strategic Updates: Develop proposed updates to the Cyber Workforce Management Board based on Working Group outcomes, crafting recommendations for submission to the CDAO Council.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and execute various group meetings, including Focus Elements, Vetting/Integration Group, and Working Group updates to the Cyber Workforce Management Board.
  • Governance Document Enhancement: Propose updates to governance documents based on operational requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in identifying and facilitating stakeholder engagements, contributing to effective collaboration and communication.
  • Artifact Management: Develop and maintain an FCM Governance process artifact repository, ensuring continuity and fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience, preferably in DoD workforce governance or related fields.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of DoD workforce governance principles, policy development, and implementation procedures.
  • Skills: Proficient in scheduling, facilitation, and documentation, with the ability to translate complex policies into clear governance artifacts.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders both internal and external to the organization.
  • Analytical: Demonstrated research, data analysis, and critical thinking abilities, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required, master s degree preferred.
  • Clearance: Must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE SECRET security clearance and be upgradable to TOP SECRET/SCI.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous Federal government or consulting experience.
  • Experience aligning strategic human capital efforts with overarching governing requirements.
  • Familiarity with organizational metrics for strategic human capital efforts.
