We re looking for a Factory Service Desk Agent for an onsite role near Summerville, SC. If you re looking for a new opportunity, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from factories and warehouses into the factory service desk
  • Make a first diagnosis and prioritization of incidents for resolution
  • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems
  • Escalate complex incidents to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes
  • Create, coordinate, and resolve incidents together with incident managers and resolver teams
  • Own lifecycle of IT incidents within ServiceNow platform
  • Record incident resolutions in ServiceNow
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Windows OS knowledge required
  • Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
  • Basic IT security knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Ability to prioritize efforts based upon business impact
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Location: Summerville, SC.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
