Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 5 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for building an ambitious, foundational data hub to support near real-time risk reporting, analytics, and business reporting. The hub will encompass the CIB systems of record and Reference Data to facilitate Regulatory Trade Reporting, and Risk Reporting. Business Units covered include Derivative (interest rates, credit, commodities), Foreign Exchange, Equities, Fixed Income, Loans, and Investment Banking / Capital Markets.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python programming skills (3.x)
- Experience with frameworks like Flask or Django
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integration
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix-based environments
- Experience in the banking or financial domain is a strong plus
