Job Title: SAP Lead ABAP Developer HR
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage an ABAP development team.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to implement SAP solutions across multiple modules.
  • Support integration between SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as third-party systems.
  • Provide technical documentation and training to public sector employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on ABAP development experience with strong Object-Oriented ABAP skills.
  • Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
    • Finance
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Logistics
    • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
    • SROS
    • Master Data Management (MDM)
    • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • At least 4 years of experience working with SAP operational systems in the public sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing training and knowledge transfer to public sector staff at all levels.
