Job Title: SAP Lead ABAP Developer HR

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an ABAP development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement SAP solutions across multiple modules.
- Support integration between SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as third-party systems.
- Provide technical documentation and training to public sector employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on ABAP development experience with strong Object-Oriented ABAP skills.
- Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
- Finance
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Logistics
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- SROS
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- At least 4 years of experience working with SAP operational systems in the public sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing training and knowledge transfer to public sector staff at all levels.
