Description

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global media and technology company to hire an Audience Experience Manager in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing audience segments within Adobe Experience Platform to support omnichannel marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to roadmap audience strategy and deliver seamless inbound and outbound customer experiences.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: Contract-to-hire (likely to convert)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $47 - $50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, configure, and manage audience segments within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CDP to enable targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with the GTO, marketing, and product teams to define and execute audience strategies and roadmap initiatives.
  • Collaborate with campaign operations, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data flows and seamless integration for targeted communications.
  • Leverage tools including Adobe Campaign Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer to support audience activation and campaign execution.
  • Translate marketing requirements into technical audience specifications and ensure proper setup for outbound communications.
  • Analyze data flows and data lineage to maintain audience accuracy and troubleshoot segmentation discrepancies.
  • Manage approximately five concurrent audience requests at any given time while supporting multiple projects for the residential marketing team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and act consultatively to guide best practices for omnichannel campaign strategies.
  • Support both B2C campaigns and multi-channel initiatives, including dot-com, email, and digital advertising campaigns.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experienceworking withAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)andAdobe CDPwith hands-on expertise in audience segmentation and activation.
  • Experience withAdobe Campaign ManagerandAdobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Strong understanding ofomnichannel marketingand inbound/outbound customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals intotechnical audience requirementsand execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an understanding ofdata flows, data lineage, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across marketing, technology, and product teams.
  • Experience supportinghigh-volume, fast-paced campaign operationswithin enterprise-level environments; telecom, media, or residential marketing experience is a plus.
