M365 Copilot Architect Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct root-cause analysis for unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to support advanced problem resolution.
- Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Implement performance enhancements and optimizations.
- Ensure system scalability and stability.
- Regularly update and patch systems to maintain security and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing before deploying new features or updates.
- Develop strategies for futureproofing the technology.
- Provide input for the CoPilot related communications to the client team.
- Provide best practices, tips and tricks and assistance in prompt engineering for the use cases to improve CoPilot adoption
- Utilize the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard and manage the same such as user access and permissions.
- Monitor the adoption and license rate of active Copilot users
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard as required by various stakeholders.
- Copilot Readiness report
- Copilot Usage report
- Copilot adoption report
- Copilot impact report
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights to management and other stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on report data.
- Utilize the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard and manage the same such as user access and permissions.
- Execution of internal processes related to M365 Copilot, which include, license reconciliation in coordination with client and based on their direction, surveilled partner reporting, license allocation management, among others.
- L3 to work with High Touch and Service Desk teams
