Job Details

System One has partnered with an organization in Oklahoma seeking a skilled Data Analytics Trainer to guide their technical teams in developing analytics-driven solutions that address business challenges. This cross-functional role will oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, establishing workflows to implement innovative data visualization tools while measuring their business impact. This is a permanent role offering full benefits for someone to work on a remote basis. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise analytics and end users, assessing BI and reporting requests, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with end users to advise on analytics services and facilitate teamwork between the Analytics team and other departments.
  • Translate business goals into clear technical specifications and redesign processes to enhance efficiency through automation.
  • Oversee the deployment of solutions, supporting end-user design sessions and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for analytics tools, delivering ongoing education and creating user training guides.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, with experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to large groups.
