Job Details

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development using Go (Golang).
  • Deep understanding of Go paradigms, concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels), and the Go ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Strong proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a significant plus.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with performance testing, tuning, and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for full-stack understanding.
