Senior SAP EWM Architect
Location: Moline, IL (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP EWM modules and warehouse management processes, ensuring scalable, efficient, and integrated warehouse solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and solution strategy for SAP EWM implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
- Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies for SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP TM) and third-party systems.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP EWM projects including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide expert guidance on warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, labor management, and automation integration.
- Ensure SAP EWM solutions comply with best practices, industry standards, and company policies.
- Mentor and lead SAP EWM consultants, developers, and support teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and business process efficiency.
- Stay up to date with SAP EWM product updates, industry trends, and warehouse technology innovations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 4 years focused on SAP EWM architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and logistics operations.
- Expertise in SAP EWM module configuration, integration, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, WM).
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies (RFID, conveyors, AGVs, robotics) is a plus.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end SAP EWM solutions and lead complex projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- SAP certification in EWM or related modules is preferred.
