Description

We are seeking a Jr Data Analyst with a background in federal and healthcare environments to provide comprehensive data analytics experience. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Databricks, SharePoint, and Agile methodologies.
The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a structured, compliance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data bricks development, troubleshooting, and resolution for end-user and system issues in a federal IT environment.
  • Utilize SharePoint sites and related collaboration tools.
  • Support data integration, analytics, and automation tasks using Databricks and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, testing, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of data analytics, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, testing and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with federal and healthcare IT standards, compliance requirements, and secure systems environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies.
  • Active Public Trust security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
