Pay Range: $50 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for high-availability systems including Zelle, ATM, Online Banking, ACH, Bill Pay, and Wires.
  • Take ownership of customer-impacting incidents, drive investigations, and ensure resolution with minimal disruption to customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and timely status updates.
  • Collaborate with L1 and L3 support, application teams, and external vendors (including Client, EWS, VISA, Mastercard, TCH, PULSE).
  • Monitor production environments using tools such as Dynatrace, SQL query logs, Client NonStop (Tandem) servers, and Data Warehouse dashboards (TOAD).
  • Prioritize and track incidents in JIRA, ensuring SLA adherence and effective backlog management.
  • Analyze trends, detect anomalies, and proactively identify potential production risks before customer impact.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure follow-ups on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Align support efforts with Agile practices and ensure consistent documentation and knowledge base updates.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; (ATM, Zelle, bill pay, ACH and Wires), Dynatrace,(Agile OR Jira)
  • 5+ years of experience in production support roles within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of transaction systems including Zelle, ATM networks, ACH, and wire processing.
  • Proficient in SQL; hands-on experience with Dynatrace, TOAD, and Jira.
  • Exposure to Client NonStop (Tandem) server environments.
  • Proven experience working with financial vendors and third-party payment networks (VISA, MC, TCH, PULSE, EWS).
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to rotating shifts and high-pressure situations.
