Your role
As a Cloud Systems Engineer, your mission is to assure that, together with our external partners and internal IT Service Teams, we deliver Hosting and cloud services with the required quality, reliability, speed, and the right costs, fulfilling the expectations of the stakeholders, to help drive the business on their digital journey, focusing on an exceptional end user experience.

Broad knowledge of the different hosting technologies and solutions
Experience in Azure IaaS, PaaS, AD integration
Experience in integrating business Applications and Services to Azure is highly desirable
Experienced in setup and management servers in Azure, migration of on-premise servers to Azure and/or partners data center
Strong background in IT operations with experience in in Virtualization technologies (eg. VMWare)
Knowledge of the Windows server family, server/data recovery and backup solutions, DFS
Server management, server monitoring, patching including middleware and reporting
Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions. Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment
Experience of successfully delivering IT services, projects, and support.
Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC).
Proven track record of continuous learning, self-development and working in highly collaborative environment and have excellent organization skills
University degree or equivalent experience
AZ-104 certification is desirable
Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is desirable
Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must; second language preferred

You will
- Ownership of the Data Center and Cloud Operations support in terms of delivery, stability, and compliance to support the business daily operations.
- Monitoring Server and Cloud solutions system performance on a daily basis and identifying any irregularities or issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain high levels of performance and availability.
- Server Compliance and Lifecycle monitoring, keep Operating System at supported and licensed versions and Hardware has proper support from vendor or valid maintenance contract.
- Work closely with external partners to deliver cloud services that meet the business goals and Group IT strategy.
- Collaboration on projects providing operational support, solution design and recommendations, from server migrations to applications transformation.
- Alignment with Solutions & Architecture to participate in solution design, continuous improvement and execute the global strategy.
- Alignment with Solutions & Architecture and other regions to participate in definition and revision of compliance standards.
