We re seeking a Service Portfolio Manager to unify, govern, and continuously improve how these services are delivered. This role will build the systems, governance, and transparency needed for Infrastructure to operate with discipline, deliver measurable outcomes, and create exceptional experiences for our internal customers.

What You ll Do

Define, document, and manage the Infrastructure Service Portfolio, detailing ownership, lifecycle, cost, and performance KPIs for each service.

Develop and maintain the Service Catalog within the Atlassian Platform as the single source of truth for Infrastructure services.

Establish governance frameworks for service intake, change management, and performance reviews.

Partner with leaders to develop cost-of-service models that connect spend, effort, and value creation.

Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms that show service performance, reliability, user experience, and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Cyber & Physical Security) to align and mature service delivery practices.

Drive continuous improvement, identifying redundancies, optimizing processes, and ensuring each service contributes directly to organizational outcomes.

Lead quarterly and annual service review cadences, ensuring transparency and accountability for results.

Embed knowledge management practices, ensuring every service has clear documentation, ownership, and defined success metrics.

What We re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates significant expertise in IT service delivery and portfolio management.

ITIL Certification (required).

7+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Portfolio Management, or Infrastructure Operations leadership.

Proven experience designing or governing a service catalog and operating model across multiple technical domains.

Strong proficiency with the Atlassian Platform and other service management and collaboration tools.

Demonstrated ability to translate operational data into actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.

Excellent communicator and facilitator able to bridge strategy, finance, and operations to drive clarity and alignment.

Proven record of building trust and driving accountability in cross-functional environments.
