JD:
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for managing commissioning activities across diverse brownfield and greenfield natural gas facility and pipeline projects. The Commissioning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with Company standards and in alignment with industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex field activities while coordinating with internal teams and external contract resources.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
10+ years of direct commissioning and project execution experience in natural gas facility and pipeline projects.
Proven capability to manage commissioning activities on large, complex projects, through effective contractor oversight and proactive issue resolution.
Proficient in MS Project and MS Office for schedule management and reporting.
Experienced in at least one Completions Management Software (Smart Completions, Omega 365, or equivalent)
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
Engineering and Construction Project Management experience is a plus.
Proven track record of improving commissioning processes and developing best practices.
