Job Description Technical Lead (Sterling OMS + Microservices)

Location: Seattle / Vancouver
Region: North America

About the Role

Hiring a Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Sterling OMS and modern microservices architecture to drive development activities, implement technical solutions, and support enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own development of key modules in OMS and microservices.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust technical components.
  • Build scalable microservices using Java + Spring Boot.
  • Configure Sterling OMS for transaction flows, sourcing rules, and order modifications.
  • Support SIT/UAT phases and production issues.
  • Interface with business analysts, architects, and QA teams.

Required Skills

  • 5 8 yrs hands-on experience with Sterling OMS and Java.
  • Strong programming skills in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, order management, fulfillment flows.
