About the Role: We are looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant to join a brand-new Oracle Cloud ERP migration project. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP role-based access control (RBAC), Oracle Cloud security configurations, SOX compliance, and role customization across Financials. You will work closely with the Enterprise Security Team, ERP users, and implementation partners to design, configure, and deploy secure role structures in compliance with regulatory and enterprise security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with ERP users and the enterprise security team to design and implement custom roles across Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, PPM, P2P, O2C).
  • Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and apply segregation of duties (SoD) best practices.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by performing security audits, documenting controls, and remediating violations.
  • Customize roles and security profiles to meet business requirements while maintaining security standards.
  • Integrate security controls with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) including:
  • Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
  • Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
  • Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)

Utilize Oracle GRC modules such as:

  1. Application Access Controls Governor (AACG)
  2. Configuration Controls Governor (CCG)
  3. Preventive Controls Governor (PCG)
  4. Transaction Controls Governor (TCG)
  5. Implement Data Security and Access Automation solutions to streamline provisioning and reduce manual interventions.
  6. Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend security enhancements.
  7. Collaborate in CRP, UAT, and SIT phases to test security setups and ensure role provisioning accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant in Financials modules.
  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, role provisioning, and SoD compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud and Oracle GRC tools.
  • Experience in security design, testing, and deployment during ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance frameworks and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams.
