HR Director Job for Leading HVAC/Construction Org.

Your new Human Resource Director job is a special one indeed. In this role you will be joining a well-established and fast-growing HVAC/Construction company that has had successfully completed installation projects in thousands of homes and businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. As HR Director, you will play a vital role with responsibility over "day-to-day" human resource operations that will increase the efficiency of the business.

As HR Director, you'll be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the chief executives. You'll exercise your entrepreneurial spirit providing the leadership, management and vision to ensure the company's human capital growth.

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Area
Type: Direct Hire
Start: September, 2025

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and tracking of Workers' Compensation and employee leaves (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL) and be the point of contact for workers compensation claims.
Administrate employee compensation and benefit rules and guidelines.
Aid managers and supervisors with reviews for employees as well as disciplinary documentation.
Lead the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes including initial system profile setup and administration of termination records.
Lead the payroll & bonus budget reporting.
Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for audits.
Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.

Position Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Human Resource leadership.
Experience working with Paycom is a plus, but not a must.

Construction/HVAC or engineering industry experience is a plus, but not a must.
