Job Description
looking for an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive requirements gathering, system validation, and testing initiatives. This role serves as a key link between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and tested to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will lead analysis efforts, oversee quality assurance processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis and Documentation:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and system capabilities Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users for validation
Document and track defects; collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
Maintain compliance with established testing standards and best practices Leadership and Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and QA
Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions to ensure clarity and alignment
Primary Skills
* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
* 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including 2 years in a lead capacity
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
* Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
