Producer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Producer 3 in Redmond, WA.

Key projects: This role will contribute to:
* Oversee the end-to-end design process and Agile development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
* Track design requests, tasks and deliverables across multiple functions to ensure high performing team velocity and efficiency
* Participate in the collection of operational metrics to inform the overall performance, capacity, and priorities of each project
* Identify Strategic solutions and new paths forward as business priorities shift and reprioritization efforts are needed
* Schedule, facilitate and drive meetings with partners and stakeholders, including weekly team rituals, project kickoffs, design reviews, retrospectives/post-mortems
* Anticipate and mitigate risks and project delays
* Proactively ask questions that bring clarity, minimize scope creep, and move projects forward while identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities for the teams
* Facilitate and coordinate collaboration and communication across team members and partners to ensure alignment and proactively seek to bring people together when efforts or initiatives need broader awareness, alignment or signoff
* Rigorous documentation including but not limited to communicating status to leadership and stakeholders, track action items, create clear agendas to optimize meetings, and establish program roadmaps across each initiative
* Capture impact and reporting metrics across supported initiatives
* Foster Business, Planning and Engineering partnerships and enable a positive, inclusive, and engaging team atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in Design, Gaming, UI/UX, retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles; Or Master's Degree in Design, Art, Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in Design, Gaming, UI/UX, retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience with Producing
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience with Organization
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience with UX UI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
