Remote Role Senior Consultant (S3/FSM & WFM/HCM Functional Consultant)

100% remote

Position: Workforce Management (WFM) Timekeeping & Scheduling Senior Consultant
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Through December 2025
Estimated Hours: ~800 (approx. 8 hours per day)


Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong Functional expertise in both S3/FSM & WFM/HCM to support the implementation and optimization of timekeeping and scheduling processes. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and integration of workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment across HR, Finance, and IT functions. The consultant will play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and user adoption within workforce management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of WFM timekeeping and scheduling solutions.

  • Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for labor management, time capture, and scheduling.

  • Provide functional expertise across Infor S3 Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM).

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.

  • Develop and deliver documentation, testing, and training for end-users.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring stability and high performance.

  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to the Project Manager.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven background as a Workforce Management Consultant, with expertise in timekeeping and scheduling and Strong hands-on experience with Infor S3 Financial Products and HCM.

  • Ability to bridge business requirements with functional and technical solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments preferred.

  • Highly motivated, independent, and effective in a remote setting.


Engagement Details

  • Commitment: ~8 hours daily, 40-hour work week

  • Duration: Until December 2025 (~5 months, approx. 800 hours)

  • Location: Remote

  • Start Date: ASAP
