  • Proven experience exposing Snowflake data to consumers and optimizing data models for high performance.
  • Strong familiarity with Snowflake features that enable self-service analytics (e.g., data shares, secure views, masking policies).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau data modeling and visualization.

Role Overview

This position supports the data enablement and optimization of new and ongoing business processes within the client's ecosystem, with a strong focus on self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows and translate them into secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement user-friendly data access and analysis workflows leveraging Snowflake and Tableau to reduce Excel dependency.
  • Build and maintain datasets and semantic layers for self-service analytics.
  • Prototype and integrate AI-assisted tools for data exploration, reporting, and insights, ensuring outputs remain trustworthy and governed.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll have the opportunity to architect and build self-service analytics tools that empower non-technical users and drive mission-critical work within ESCI.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
