Sr. MuleSoft production Support/ Developer

As a MuleSoft Developer, you will be working on the development of Mule applications in order to meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of these applications. In order to be successful in this role, you should have experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and be familiar with Java or another object-oriented programming language. Experience in Production Level 1 support is must

Primary responsibility in this role is the Support of Mule applications in Production.

• Daily Monitoring of batch APIs and real-time APIs.
• Experience creating dashboards, analyzing logs, and other metrics in the Anypoint cloud platform
• Triaging/Troubleshooting of systems and data issues as needed to keep the prod systems running smoothly without downtime
• Contact/Collaborate with business partners/vendors/MuleSoft support/Dev team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Make/Deploy Hotfixes and small enhancements as needed
• A person with a sense of high urgency is needed for this role
• Ability to work independently

Example of Duties:

• Designing Application Programming Interface (API) layers, data model and API specifications.
• Developing APIs using Mulesoft platform components including API Manager, CloudHub, AnyPoint Studio, Dataweave, and AnyPoint Messaging Queue (MQ).
• Developing solution features following MuleSoft development best practices, ensuring solution performance and system scalability.
• Testing and improving the performance of the APIs in terms of response time, reliability and resource usage.
• Writing Dataweave expressions to transform data, Control message content, flow, and processing by selecting and implementing appropriate connectors, routers, scopes, and filters.
• Designing and implement comprehensive error handling strategies for applications.
• Driving continuous integration and delivery of APIs using DevOps tools.
• Configuring and deploying Mule applications to CloudHub and/or single or clusters of customer-hosted Mule runtimes.
• Implementing and consuming (Representational State Transfer) REST and (Single Object Access Protocol) SOAP web services.
• Create and configuring flows, sub flows, and flow processing strategies for reusability and performance.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues with APIs, identify source of the issue and work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience building integrations
• CloudHub
• MuleSoft Anypoint Studio
• 4+ years experience withDevops, CI/CD, Jenkins
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise services, including the creation of HTTP(S) and SFTP-based Mule flows
• Experience with MuleSoft's proprietary language, DataWeave
• Experience ensuring secure data orchestration and transformation.
• Experience with constructing and maintaining RESTful APIs using RAML specifications and managed application deployment on Cloudhub via continuous integration processes.
• 4 Years of Developing APIs
• Experience executing both synchronous and asynchronous integration strategies
• MuleSoft Certified Developer
• Financial Background
• Experience in Production Level 1 support is must
