Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management Systems, will lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the firm's ECM platforms, ensuring secure and efficient document management and collaboration. This role provides leadership to the ECM team and serves as a key partner to IT, Information Governance, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of ECM platforms, including iManage DMS, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Workspaces.

Ensure secure document lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance with Information Governance policies.

Provide hands-on technical support, including complex SharePoint development and customization.

Serve as primary liaison for ECM platform vendors and internal stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and manage the ECM team to ensure high performance and service delivery.

Develop and deliver training programs and user support to promote best practices and adoption.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in ECM, recommending enhancements aligned with business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

10+ years in IT enterprise systems roles with experience delivering high-availability platforms.

5+ years leading and managing technical teams.

5+ years in enterprise content management or document management systems.

Strong experience with legal document management systems (iManage preferred) and Microsoft collaboration platforms.

Knowledge of information governance, data privacy, and compliance best practices.

Prior experience in the legal or professional services industry is required.
