With rapid growth and a commitment to innovation, we re seeking a seasoned sales professional to own and scale our technology sales channel.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Build and manage your pipeline from lead generation through close.
  • Target High-Value Retailers: Engage decision-makers at specialty and regulated retail chains.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas by demonstrating ROI of LeisurePay s solutions.
  • Trade-Show Representation: Attend and represent LeisurePay at industry trade shows and conferences as a critical sales channel network, demo products, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, demos, and onboarding.
  • Forecast & Report: Maintain accurate CRM data, deliver weekly pipeline reviews, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new verticals and geographies to extend LeisurePay s footprint.

 

What We re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B technology or fintech sales, preferably selling payments, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven Track Record: Consistently hit or exceed quota ($500K+ annual bookings).
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, comfortable prospecting cold and nurturing warm leads.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills; able to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • CRM Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce (or similar) for pipeline management.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to develop trust with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel regularly (including evenings/weekends) to major trade shows and events.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in cannabis, hemp, or other highly regulated industries; familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain payments is a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 $80,000 (depending on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings: Uncapped Commissions; average performers earn $400,000+ annually.
