LeisurePay is a leading fintech company delivering high-compliance payment solutions for regulated markets — including cannabis, hemp, and other specialty retailers. We empower merchants with secure, seamless ACH, and stablecoin-based settlements.
As we continue rapid national expansion, we’re seeking self-driven sales professionals to own their home market — building direct relationships with high-risk and specialty retailers, expanding our footprint locally, and serving as the regional face of LeisurePay.
What You’ll Do
Own Your Market: Take full responsibility for your territory — identify, contact, and onboard high-risk and specialty retailers within your region.
Drive Local Growth: Proactively visit stores, meet business owners, and establish LeisurePay as the trusted local provider for compliant payment solutions.
Own the Sales Cycle: Build and manage your pipeline from lead generation through close.
Target High-Value Retailers: Engage decision-makers at specialty and regulated retail chains to showcase LeisurePay’s advantages.
Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas by demonstrating the ROI and reliability of LeisurePay’s products.
Trade-Show Representation: Attend and represent LeisurePay at industry trade shows and conferences, demo products, and generate high-quality leads.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, demos, and onboarding experiences.
Forecast & Report: Maintain accurate CRM data, deliver weekly pipeline reviews, and provide insights to leadership.
Market Expansion: Identify new verticals and geographies to extend LeisurePay’s footprint.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 $80,000 Base (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings: Uncapped Commissions; average performers earn $400,000+ annually.
