Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior CargoWise Finance Deployment Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in deploying CargoWise Accounting modules in both Brazil and Mexico. This role will support an ongoing multi-country CargoWise implementation project that has already been rolled out in 11 countries.

As part of the next phase of deployment, we are expanding to Brazil and Mexico and require a seasoned expert who is highly proficient in the Finance side (Accounts modules both payables and receivables) of CargoWise. This role will work in close collaboration with an existing team member based in Europe and will be aligned with the team to ensure successful and timely deployments in both target countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the CargoWise Accounting module deployment across Brazil and Mexico.
  • Collaborate with existing team member to ensure seamless deployment and adherence to the pre-established project plan.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to drive implementation and address country-specific financial requirements.
  • Ensure full alignment with established processes already in place across other deployed regions.
  • Act as a point of contact for local deployment activities, ensuring compliance with regional financial regulations and practices.
  • Coordinate with the European counterpart for issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Mandatory hands-on deployment experience of CargoWise in both Brazil and Mexico. Experience in only one country will not be considered.
  • Strong expertise in the CargoWise Finance modules (Accounts In and Out).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end deployment of CargoWise accounting functionality.
  • Senior-level understanding of Finance/Accounting, capable of independently managing country-specific deployment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with global counterparts.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
