Senior SAP S/4 HANA WM Solutions Architect
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with Operations management (primarily in Warehouse and Logistics operations and related Supply Chain functions), and super users, locally in Sunnyvale and globally.
- Collaborate with business users in Operations, and other departments when needed, to gain a deep understanding of their business processes and requirements.
- Design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template
- Manage transition of warehouse operations from warehouse to Lodi Warehouse including S/4 HANA Stockroom/WM configuration, Data conversion, Unit testing, SIT testing, UAT testing and transfer of inventory
- Work on S/4 Transformation project all phases based on assigned tasks
- Manage implementation projects in alignment with clients IT s methodologies and governance model
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well integrated and aligned to the overall enterprise architecture
- Configure SAP Warehouse management and Logistics execution module (or other Material Management modules as needed) to meet business requirements, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP best practices
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments, and collaborate with the development team to get those built and tested
- Provide support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and occasionally training.
- Advise users on ways they can improve their use of the SAP solution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in computer science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience.
- 12 + years of overall experience in related areas focused on ERP design and management
- 8 + years of experience primarily in SAP S/4 HANA Stockroom Management/Warehouse Management and Logistics execution/Shipping functions with secondary expertise in Materials Management processes within manufacturing organizations
- SAP S/4 HANA Stockroom/WM functional configuration experience should include setup of warehouse org structure, placement and picking strategies, inventory counting and related warehouse processes
- Experience in supporting RF barcode scanner solution design and development for warehouse operations including hardware device setup of RF scanners and label printers
- Deep understanding of the integration with other S/4 HANA modules (MM, SD , PP and FI) and Global trade compliance applications
- Expertise in other related areas such as Material Master data, Batch management, Serial number management, Transportation route setup, Reporting, Queries.
- Experience with supporting global operations and working with offshore teams
- Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects and designing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
- Ability to identify, clarify and resolve project issues and risks as needed.
- Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
- Capability to lead or execute complex assignments and projects independently.
- Verbal and written fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare or life sciences industry is preferred.
- Experience in managing validated systems is preferred.
- Experience and understanding in SAP GTS, SAP-Processweaver is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
