BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer for an opportunity in Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Charlotte, NC (North Carolina); Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina) - Hybrid

Position Title: Data Engineer (w/ bias toward analysis)

Location: Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Charlotte, NC (North Carolina); Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina) - Hybrid

Anticipated Start Date: July

Expected Duration: 6+ months Contract to Hire (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY,

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr on w2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Data Engineer (w/ bias toward analysis)

Job Description:

Engineer w/ bias toward analysis - Can develop and be capable of leading conversations with the business

* 4 Year/bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering (Minimum Required)

* 3 - 5+ Years experience in application development

* 3 - 5+ Years experience in systems analysis

* Technically proficient in some or all of the following languages/frameworks, application platforms and developer tools:

o Technical Writing

o SQL

o Informatica

o Python & PySpark

o Data Modeling
