Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect & Deliver: You'll lead the end-to-end design and rollout of new policy products within Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • Team Leadership: You'll manage and mentor a talented development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Agile Execution: You'll break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Strategic Translation: You'll convert business needs into robust technical solutions aligned with the Guidewire framework
  • QA Partnership: You'll collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and seamless product releases
  • Technical Standards: You'll uphold strong architecture principles and leverage accelerators to streamline development

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8-12 years of IT experience, including 6+ years working hands-on with Guidewire PolicyCenter
  • A proven track record of leading successful Guidewire implementations
  • Expertise in unit testing, configuration, and system integration
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud is a strong plus
  • Exceptional communication and team-building skills
  • An analytical mindset with sound decision-making capabilities

The base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $200,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
